People Operations Associate
Job Context:
At Cefalo, our People & Culture team plays a key role in creating a structured, compliant, and people-focused work environment. We are looking for a People Operations Associate to support HR operations with a strong focus on documentation, compliance, and process discipline.
Cefalo Bangladesh is part of a Norway-based IT services company delivering high-quality software solutions to European clients. We value structure, transparency, and a strong employee experience, and this role is critical in ensuring that all employee-related documentation and processes are properly maintained and compliant.
The selected candidate will work closely with the management team to ensure that employee lifecycle documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with Bangladesh labor law and internal policies.
Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of Bangladesh labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining employee records and documentation across the employee lifecycle (joining, confirmation, changes, exit).
- Experience preparing and organizing HR-related documents for audits and compliance checks.
- Ability to manage both physical and digital employee files in a structured and organized manner.
- Experience working with HR systems or HRIS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Ability to update and maintain HR policies and process documents.
- Good communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
