Employer Branding Lead, People & Culture

Job Context:

At Cefalo, we are looking for a creative and hands-on "Employer Branding Lead" to join our Bangladesh office. This role will focus on building and executing employer branding initiatives to attract highly skilled software engineers and technical professionals in Bangladesh. 

The selected candidate will work closely with HR and management to enhance our visibility in the local tech market, strengthen our brand presence, and consistently showcase our culture, people, and technical competence through structured and authentic storytelling.

The primary focus is employer branding, visibility, and content-driven engagement within the tech community.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or employer branding.

  • Experience working in or closely with the tech/IT industry will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Proven ability to plan, create, and publish content independently from concept to execution.

  • Strong writing skills in English with the ability to produce authentic, credible, and engaging content.

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

  • Ability to engage employees in meaningful conversations and translate their insights into clear, engaging stories.

  • Experience developing structured content calendars and maintaining consistent publishing rhythms.

  • Strong understanding of employer branding principles and talent attraction strategies.

  • Ability to collaborate closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English to collaborate with foreign stakeholders and colleagues when required.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field from a reputable university. Equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
